ISLAND BRAČ ACTIVITY WEEK

This is one of our more gentle adventure weeks with enough activities to keep you busy and excited. During this adventure week you will visit Diocletian's palace in Split, some of the most spectacular locations of island Brač and have time do discover cultural heritage of mid Dalmatia.

Day 1 - Arrival
|
|
Arrival to Brač, transfer to Sutivan, accommodation in the centre of a small picturesque town of Sutivan. Introduction with tour guides and program.

Day 2 - Mountain biking
|
|
Bike tour on the trail of Roman empire
We arrive by van to Nerežišča and start downhill by scenic route to Škrip. In this oldest town of the island with rich cultural history we will visit The Museum of island Brač. We continue to Postira where we will visit the town and take a rest from biking. White road will further take us to Splitska, ancient Roman port used to export stone to Diocletians palace from Roman stone quarries. Finally, we return to Sutivan by seaside road.

Day 3 - Optional
|
|
Use this day to explore town of Sutivan by yourself, book one of our optional activities or spend a day on the beach soaking up the sun and resting for the next adventure.

|
Day 4 - Soft walk
|
|
Soft walk to Blaca monastery and visit to the museum
Transfer to the highest peak of all Adriatic islands - Vidova Gora. Here you will have time to enjoy breathless views of middle Dalmatian archipelago and one of the most spectacular beaches of Adriatic - Zlatni rat. We continue by van to the starting point of our walk to Blaca. Easy, 45 minute, walk ends at Blaca monastery. After the visit to Blaca museum we will spend some time relaxing, taking pictures and enjoying the scenery. Easy walk will take us back to our van and we head back to Sutivan.
There is no better way to learn about the nature, history and traditions of Brač than walking with our guides.

Day 5 - Soft walk
|
|
Olive grove route
We start walk near a small picturesque fishing village Bobovišća luka where you can take a break for sightseeing and swimming (weather permitting). Continuing slightly uphill to old village of Bobovišća and shortly after that to Lozišća with a most beautiful bell towers on the island. After short break continuing over the bridge of Franz Joseph crossing the gorge. The last part of the walk takes through olive groves mainly downhill back to Sutivan.

Day 6 - Optional
|
|
Book one of our optional activities, enjoy the town or simply relax on the beach and gather strength for another adventure that you will enjoy tomorrow.

Day 7 - Excursion
|
|
Excursion to Split with visit to Diocletians palace
Van transfer from Sutivan to Supetar harbour and ferry transfer to Split accompanied with your leader. Professional guided tour of the Diocletian palace and the old town. A walk through the town with your leader to Marjan hill to enjoy a beautiful view to the town and nearby islands Brač, Šolta and Čiovo. Free afternoon for lunch and shopping. Return to Brač in the evening hours.

Day 8 - Departure
|
|
Transfer to ferry
|
