Day 1 - Arrival
|
|
Arrival, accommodation, introduction to your tour guides, dinner

Day 2 - Olive picking
|
|
After breakfast we set off for easy walk to local olive grove where we will meet the host and get busy learning traditional olive picking techniques. After couple of hours picking olives you will have an opportunity to learn about the next step in olive oil production while you are enjoying traditional peasants' lunch. We return in early afternoon hours. Dinner.

Day 3 - Sheppard's village/cheese tasting
|
|
After breakfast transfer by van to Vidova Gora (the highest peak of Adriatic islands). Here you will have time to enjoy breathless view of Mid Dalmatian archipelago and one of the most famous beaches in Europe- Zlatni rat. Easy trekking will take us to authentic shepherds village Pod Gažul where we will taste local cheese and prsuto (traditional smoked ham). We return by van in afternoon hours.

Day 4 - Olive oil mill
|
|
After breakfast we will take a short walk to local olive mill and get involved in olive oil production. You will learn about the process and all the little secrets that make our oil so precious. Dinner.

Day 5 - Visit to monastery Blaca
|
|
After breakfast transfer to Blaca by van. From parking point we will take easy walk to the monastery and visit its museum. Here you will have an opportunity to learn about the history and traditional life of one of the most amazing architectural and spiritual sites on the island. After visit to the museum and time to relax we will walk back to our van. Return in early afternoon hours.

Day 6 - Excursion to Split / Diocletians palace
|
|
Breakfast. After the breakfast transfer to ferry. Upon arrival to Split professional guided tour through the Diocletians palace. After the tour you will have enough time to walk around town or maybe have lunch and do some shopping. We return to Supetar in afternoon hours. Dinner.

Day 7 - Favorite local pastime - "balote"
|
|
Breakfast. Today you will learn to play locals favorite game - "balote". It is impossible to imagine Dalmatian village without "balote" course and man playing the game every day - rain or shine. Get ready to compete against your travel mates! We will have lunch by the course and taste traditional "peka". Return in early afternoon hours. Dinner.

Breakfast. Transfer to ferry
