Our excursions such as sea kayaking, and stand up paddling goes through unique sea ecosystem heritage. NATURA 2000 contains various tipes of ecosistems, such as field, water and sea ecosistems. The sea under Sutivan is under NATURA 2000 from the December 2012. and includes 190.87 ha sea ecosistems.

The habitat listed on NATURA 2000 consists of sea flower Posidoniaoceanica that are oxygen “factories” and places of various biodiversity. Because of their shape they reduce sediment transportation and have major part in circulation of nutrient salts.

Sea flower Posidoniaoceanica and sea reefs that are strictly protected by law, can be seen with snorkling mask, spread from the Sutivan to the Stipanska bay.
